What is Mission Manor?
Escape Rooms are a type of live game where players are put in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to find clues, solve a series of puzzles, and escape the room within an hour long time limit.
How many games are there?
We have four rooms: Inheritance, Countdown, and Asylum, and Jackpot.
Who is in the room with us?
Our bookings are completely private, so it will be just you and your group. None of our rooms feature actors or performers.
How many players in a single room?
All of our rooms can hold between 2-8, except for Countdown which holds 3-10.
Do I need to bring anything?
The rooms are entirely self-contained, so there is no need to bring anything but yourself and your puzzle-solving skills.
What are the age restrictions?
We don't have a set restricted age limit for any of our rooms. We recommend the rooms for kids ages 10 and up, but find that kids of all ages can play and enjoy the games. We do not charge for children 5 and under. All children under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian on site while the children are in the room, and everyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian on their behalf.
Team building events
Mission Manor is an excellent choice for corporate team building. Teams will have to work together and use logic and creativity to overcome problems. It is the ultimate team building event!
Gift vouchers
Need a unique gift for Christmas, birthday, anniversary, or just to surprise someone? Mission Manor gift vouchers are the answer! If you give an experience like Mission Manor to your friends, they will be forever grateful. All of our gift vouchers are completely online now, and can be purchased via our tickets page.
*Our system no longer accepts the old plastic gift cards. If you have a physical gift card from 2020 or earlier, give us a call and we will do our best to honor it.
What are the rules for people under the influence?
Please do not participate in the game if you are under the influence of alcohol, any mind altering substances, or any other substances that may affect your senses, reflexes or coordination. The game supervisor may refuse to allow any patrons into the room without any explanation or refund.
How much does it cost?
Experiences are sold individually for $32.50+tax, paid online at time of booking. We offer packages for businesses and parties who want to book multiple rooms at once.
Can I get a refund if I can't come?
Obviously, the unforeseen can happen. Any non-event booking can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours prior to its start time. Under 48 hours and for events, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling of your play is also always an option.
Do we have to be there on time?
Absolutely! Games and instructions are rotating constantly. We ask that all participants arrive 10-15 minutes early to get checked in, use the restroom, and go over the rules. Failure to arrive on time may result in losing your reservation, so be please be punctual.
Accessibility and special requirements
Inheritance is completely wheelchair accessible. Asylum and Countdown each have a small side section that is not wheelchair accessible, but as long as at least one member of the group is able to crawl/get over steps, you will be able to succeed, and players in wheelchairs will not miss large portions of the game. Jackpot has an entire section of the room that is not wheelchair accessible.
Are we really locked in the room?
No. The main door is unlocked the entire time, and is equipped with an emergency exit button as an added precaution. Individuals can leave at any time if needed.
Where are we located?
We are located in North East Minneapolis. We are on the lower level of the Miller Textile Building at 861 E. Hennepin Ave. Minneapolis MN. The building has a large, well-lit parking lot.
